Each evening I walk outside to close the garage for the night. The air is cooler now and it's almost dinner time. Usually I hurry back inside as quickly as I can to get on with my work. But last night, I paused for a breath.
I looked at the moon, the stars, the trees--allowing the mystery of country air to fill my lungs. With the exhale came a surge of joy.
Magic lies in these moments, but amateurs that we are, we rush right past, leaving our happiness untouched and unclaimed.
Claim your joy each and every day this week--pause for a breath.
