And the announcement:
No, I'm not pregnant! (Monday's post should have assured you of that.) But isn't that what comes to mind whenever a woman of childbearing age says she has an "announcement?" Maybe it's just me...
The announcement is that I've decided to stop hosting the Moms' 30-Minute Blog Challenge after next Tuesday. The reason? Nothing major really, but I've been doing it for a year and feel like it has fulfilled its purpose, which was to keep my blogging simplified and encourage others to do the same.
After reading the fabulous new e-book by Rachel Meeks, Simple Blogging (go check it out!), I realized that one way to simplify my blog would be to stop doing the challenge, which ironically was intended to help me simplify my blog in the first place--I love the irony!
And I do need to simplify, you see, because on Monday I'm starting a new venture.
Want the inside scoop? Come back then and I'll reveal all.
And see you on Tuesday to link up in our final 30 minute challenge! Thanks so much to all who have participated over the year.
