I'm back from staycation! And grateful to feel recharged and ready to do some blogging once again.
For today I'd like to take a minute (in what may become an occasional series around here), and add something to your to-do list for the week:
But first, a question--When's the last time you did a really messy project with your kids?
You know the ones I mean--they usually involve paint, glue, clay, glitter, water, or some other gooey substance.

With that in mind, join me in a goal for this week -
To Do:
Go out of your way to make one of these messy projects come to pass this week. Make a commitment in your mind to do it, and let your kids know (that way you've got accountability!).
To Remember:
"My second favorite household chore is ironing. My first being hitting my head on the top bunk bed until I faint." ~ Erma Bombeck
(In other words, don't worry so much about the messes!)
**What messy project can you plan that will bring a smile to the faces of your little people? (I think we're going for homemade playdough.)**
