Last week I mentioned in my blogging resolutions that I would really like to open Steady Mom up to other voices in the mothering community.
Here are a few ideas I've come up with:
1. Has anyone ever seen the shows on TLC - A Birth Story and An Adoption Story? I thought it would be fun to share our stories here - to support the idea that every child joining our families is a miracle. Send me a few paragraphs about how your child/children joined your family - include a personal photo and I'll happily link back to your blog or site as well.
2. We all have tips to pass on from what we've learned throughout our mothering journey. Email me your thoughts - just a few lines or a full-article guest post submission are welcome.
3. Along those same lines, I would love to find approximately four moms who would be interested in contributing one post each month for publication here at Steady Mom.
If you've just started your own blog, becoming a regular contributor could be a good way to extend your influence and gain more readers for your site. It will also allow me to open up this community to like-minded voices.
So if you blog or write about topics included regularly here - like getting organized, retaining enthusiasm, learning together, or making memories - contact me (jamie @ steadydays.com) for more information!
