Did anyone notice that Trishna wasn't in our walking photos from Friday? Well..... that's because she wasn't here!
The day after her birthday, Steve whisked Trishna away to England for six days. It was her first trip overseas since coming home from India almost two years ago. The highlights were being pampered by Steve's family, as well as a train ride to London.

One of our highest priorities as parents is that our children develop a global mindset. How can they impact the world in the future if they've never seen any of it? Trishna's trip was the beginning of that "family culture" we hope to cultivate.
Maybe you don't have the money to take your children to another country. Or it isn't the right "season" for your family to travel. Believe me, I get that.
That's why this issue is less about an actual trip and more about a mindset. There are plenty of ways, right in our own homes, to cultivate this global attitude. Documentaries, books, restaurants - so many things can introduce our children to diversity and the beauty of other cultures.
So share your experiences - have you had the privilege of traveling with your little people? Where would you go exploring if money was no object?
